1. Introduction & Acceptance

Kiddo (“Kiddo,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website at the domain you used to reach this page (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who Can Use Kiddo

Kiddo is intended for adults — primarily parents and guardians. If you are under 18, you should only use Kiddo with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Kiddo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13 (see our Privacy Policy for more on children’s privacy).

3. Accounts (Google Sign-In)

Kiddo offers an optional sign-in via your Google account, in order to give you a higher daily upload allowance. We use only the basic profile information Google provides — your name, email address, and profile photo — and only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for any activity under your Google account; if you suspect unauthorized use, please contact us.

4. Free Daily Allowance

Without signing in, you may generate up to 2 coloring pages per day. Signed in with Google, you may generate up to 7 per day, free. We may change these limits at any time, including to prevent abuse. The daily counter resets every 24 hours.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

1. upload content you do not have the legal right to upload, including photos of other people who have not consented to be uploaded;
2. upload sexual, violent, harassing, hateful, or otherwise unlawful content;
3. attempt to bypass the daily allowance, the rate limits, or any other technical restriction (including using multiple accounts or automation to do so);
4. attempt to scrape, copy, or systematically download the free coloring pages library beyond ordinary personal use;
5. probe, scan, or test the Service’s vulnerabilities, or interfere with its operation;
6. use the Service in violation of any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these rules.

6. Your Photos & License Grant to Kiddo

You keep ownership of every photo you upload to Kiddo. You also keep ownership of the coloring pages we generate from those photos. To run the Service, you grant Kiddo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to receive, decode, resize, and otherwise process each photo you upload, to send the photo to our AI model provider for the sole purpose of producing your coloring page, to store the photo and the resulting coloring page so you can return to them, and to keep encrypted backups and access logs as needed for security and legal compliance.

This license is limited. We will not publicly display your photos or coloring pages, sell them, license them to advertisers, use them in marketing, or use them to train any AI model. The license ends when you ask us to delete your data or when you stop using the Service and we complete deletion under our retention practices (see the Privacy Policy).

By uploading a photo, you represent that (i) you have the legal right to do so, (ii) the upload does not infringe any third party’s rights, and (iii) if the photo depicts a child, you are that child’s parent or legal guardian, or you otherwise have authority to upload images of that child.

7. Generated Coloring Pages

Coloring pages are generated automatically from your uploaded photo by an AI model. Outputs may be imperfect, surprising, or different on each run. You may print, share, and use generated coloring pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sell or commercially redistribute generated coloring pages.

8. Free Coloring-Pages Library

The coloring pages in our free library (organized by section — Numbers, Letters, Animals, Shapes & Colors, Vehicles, Nature) are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only — print them, share them with friends, color them in. You may not sell them, redistribute them in bulk, or claim ownership of them.

9. AI Disclosure

To turn your photo into a coloring page, Kiddo sends the photo to a third-party AI model hosted by Replicate (https://replicate.com). Depending on which produces a better result for your image, the photo is processed by either google/nano-banana or black-forest-labs/flux-kontext-pro. Replicate’s privacy and terms apply to that leg of the processing; we link to Replicate’s policy in our Privacy Policy. We do not guarantee that any model output will be accurate, aesthetically pleasing, or fit for a particular purpose.

10. Service Changes & Availability

We may add, remove, change, or suspend features of the Service at any time, and we may take it down for maintenance. We are not liable for downtime or for changes to features. We will try to communicate big changes prominently.

11. Termination

You can stop using Kiddo at any time; doing so does not on its own delete data we have stored — to delete your data, email us per the Privacy Policy. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service for breach of these Terms.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KIDDO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. KIDDO MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT GENERATED COLORING PAGES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KIDDO AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. KIDDO’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD 100 OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID KIDDO, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kiddo and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of (a) your use or misuse of the Service, (b) your uploads or content, or (c) your breach of these Terms.

15. DMCA / Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on Kiddo infringes your copyright, please send a notice to privacy@kiddo.example containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3): identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; your contact information; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature. Counter-notices may be sent to the same address.

16. Governing Law & Disputes
